ACPD, in partnership with the Canadian AIDS Society (CAS), the Global Campaign in Microbicides (GCM), and the Interagency Coalition on AIDS and Development (ICAD) held a reception in Parliament around the documentary “In Women’s Hands. A Film on Women, HIV and Hope” The very well attended event was hosted by Canadian Association of Parliamentarians on Population and Development (CAPPD) and featured the following guest speakers; Raymonde Folco, MP Laval Les Iles, Chair, CAPPD, Marc-André LeBlanc, Global Campaign for Microbicides, Marvelous Muchenje, Women’s Health in Women’s Hands, and Louise Binder, Voices of Positive Women.
